Hello, I'm Jizzle. I would like to commend dohenys on such a great website. Pity about the agro thats spoiling the guestbook. It's a great forum to have a bit of banter prior and post games. I enjoy checking up from time to time and keeps me in tuch while abroad. I'm highly agrieved at whats being posted up recently however. It's not neccesary and foolish. I would be made happy if people could accept things as they are. Dohenys were knocked out of the junior b south west. they competed sucessfully only in the special county competition. (ref: carbery gaa.com) If people cant see that, they're a bit slow really. |

Paudie Palmer said on County Sound last Monday that someone should write a song for the County Final. I propose Mawser to do this and have it ready for Saturday 14th @ 9pm in Pat Mac's. Also lets see the townspeople put out the flags for Sunday week! |

Comments: | Sorry if I irked some of the Dunmanway people. I do wish you the best in the final but it will be a long long winter if you win – some of your neighbours will have to buy ear plugs. I guess coming from a town with limited attractions then this is big. Best of Luck to the lads……….and please, no negative postings. |

Mawser.glad to see you're going to practice as the standard of singing fell a long ways behind the standard of football. No wonder some supporters fell out of their seats If the players can put in hours of training there is no reason why your choir can't do so. Or is it that you reserve your best singing for certain establishments! |
