Sam, seeing as you started the debate about best Doheny teams why not pick what you think is the best team from 1966 to date?
I'm sure that would provoke plenty of debate! |

Comments: | As a great supporter of the the west cork hurling championship i must admit that last saturdays display of hurling in the junior "b" hurling final was unbeliveable on kilbree's part. The skill that was shown throughout the game was unforgetable and the points taken by all of the kilbree players was a touch of magic. I would like to take the time to reccomend to all the doheny hurlers that if they were at the match that they should take note from such a class display of real hurling. Before i depart i would just like to give my comisserations to the ballineen team who fought hard. bye bye! |

Come on boys, you can do it! There is no way that you can lose - our nest worry should be who we will be playing in the Munster play-off's. |

Put all plans on hold for Sunday, October 15th. Nemo and Duhallow drew tonight in Pairc Ui Caoimh with the replay taking place on Sunday next and the County final likely to be on October 29th. The game was very good in the first half with Duhallow leading by a point at the break but they failed to score until the 30th minute of the second half when they converted a penalty. However, it is now posible that Dohenys will be out next Sunday , in the county junior 'B' hurling semi-final against Ballinacurra. |

Not only will I sing up on the stage in the Square if we win, Mawser, but I will do so without Maura Mac's bottles of Bud! Wouldn't that be a sight to behold. |

Comments: | Dear rebelgaa subsriber I respectfully suggest a trip to specsavers, the so called two finger salute you saw last sunday by the two clowns in front of you was in fact twenty fingers palms faced upwards in sheer esctacy in celebration of a perfectly good goal (sort of a doheny wave if you like) the two clowns have fine sets of sore legs after falling over those seats but it was worth it. also if you had bothered waiting until the end of your first football game this year you would have seen the afore mentioned two clowns shake hands with the real Aghada supporters in front of them and thank them for a great game.www.specsavers.ie/upthedohenys |

No, I have not made a mistake. I noticed that Kieran Farr was togged out last Sunday and so was entitled to be selected. Sorry Mawser the legendary Sam was a great goalie. Who will forget his fine save in The Park in the County final against Clonakilty in 1968. But he did have one flaw in his game. Kieran Farr is probably the best goalie the club has produced. |

Comments: | Don’t be wasting your money buying diesel for the trip to the city and stay in West Cork as James Masters will be able to beat Dohenys by himself. History has a knack for repeating itself. |
