" Up the Dohenys, Up the Dohenys , Up the Dohenys every time" Just to let true Doheny supporters know, there is choir practice in Pat Macs Saturday nite to practice for the up and coming county final!! We are the only club I know of that has a club song, we were proud to sing it last Sunday in Pairc Ui Chaoimh and we'll be proud to sing it next Sunday week again. I hope all the businesses in town will paint the town green!!! " Up the Dohenys every time" |

Comments: | Thers always goin to be rivalry between clubs dat meet in so many important games in one year. Obviously each club is going to underate the competition in which they did not progress in.The junior B SW and the junior B county. Each club Dohenys and Kilbree should focus on the games ahead and move on.Great website by the way!! |

Well said John, I must say it is great to see our website so active in October, just like all our teams, the field is still a hive of activity u-8,u10,u16,junior hurlers and of course senior footballers all still involved. The fact that our guestbook is so popular with other clubs can maybe explained by their inactivity on the playing fields ??? Well done to everyone involved Sunday on an immense achievement, now for the next step!!! Just a quick look at your team Sam I'd say Mark Farr would be disappointed. |

I think we should just all forget about mysteryman and concentrate on the football and hurling competitions we are involved in - a County final and Semi-final already. Good luck to you in your contrived mystery competition on Saturday. As it was played for by Junior C and Junior B teams, does that make it the Junior B and a half championship? Is there a county Junior B and a half? Or will the game on Saturday be the last game (bar a draw) for the teams involved? I'm sure the West Cork board will have an appropriate cup ready for the winners, because I think the B cup has already been presented. |

Well said Carbery Ranger. Marvellous website. Magnanimous of Dohenys to allow every Tom, Dick or Harry to use their site. But clarify, do you mean fall on their faces in the same way as Carbery Rangers fell on theirs against Clonakilty! |

Isn't it great to have such support from other West Cork people, as i'm presuming tis in the Rosscarbery direction that Carbery Ranger is from. I'm sure after they won the intermediate last year, they all went home for cups of tea, a night in front of the telly and never spoke or celebrated their victory and upgrade to Senior level. |
