Twenty years ago, on the way to winning the Junior Football County, we beat Grenagh in the quarter final. A lucky omen perhaps!
Good luck today to the lads

On behave of myself and my fellow selectors i just like to take this opportunity to thank all who helped us this year to bring the flying Nyhan back to Dunmanway. I like to thank the officers and the committee and members of the club who also help us when needed and the people of Dunmanway for there excellent support and all of our sponsors for there financial support also.
I would also like to thank the families of the players and also my fellow selectors families for there support and also there patience with them, as it has been a very long year, and when early January we started back training as this is very much appreciated.
On a personnel note i like to thank the players who showed last Saturday just how good there are and the belief they now had in themselves and how all the sacrifices made by them were well worth it and the hard work paid off in the end as we did push them very hard at times.
And finally i like to also thank my selectors John Lynch jnr, Clement Deane, Tony Walsh & Finny Collins for there total commitment there hard work experience and also there patience when things sometimes wasn't going our way sticking by each other and never giving up these lads are true club men.
