I'm with you on that Maura! In our day, we were Doheny Girls, who wore their hair in curls and our fathers shirts inside our miniskirts!! There were no cheerleaders back then! Ah I guess we're geting old!! |

Greetings from a distant relative of the Great Dohenys of Ireland now living in San Diego, California, USA - thanks to Pat McCarthy who contacted John Doheny in St. Louis for the connection! If anyone is interested in trading a jersey with the Doheny name on it for something, let me know. |

Pat Mc had better be careful. He gets excited enough at matches without shapely cheerleaders raising his blood pressure! |

hey cheerleaders, Thats the right attitude, not like Sam and Lester Square, without the right attitude you win nothing. The team are at last believing that they can win and that goes a long way to winning anything. What kind of uniform will the cheerleaders be wearing, I hope it wont be anything that will distract the players or the selectors. |

Well done to the hurlers last night ,great team performance and if they can maintain that standard (especially 1st half) they will go a long way this year. Cork might have Ben & Jerry but we have Pa & Jerry. Up the Dohenys !!!!!! |
