What can I say, in all my 55yrs involved with the club, yesterday was one of the most satisfing victory ever if not the most. Well done Barry and all the selectors and to a great team. The icing on the cake ,to beat Clon , who I would consider to be one of the great championship battlers in this county or any other. They have been a thorn in our side a long time and this victory made winning yesterday all the sweeter.Marvellous, Bloody marvellous. |

To the minor team, panel and selectors, lads absolutely outstanding stuff yesterday above in cork.The spirit and determination displayed by the whole lot of yee has given the whole club a massive and long overdue lift. We have been so close this year from U12 up to adult grade but what yee did yesterday more than made up for all the heartbreaks. It wasn't just the win but the manner in which yee achieved it,the discipline and will to win especially, that made all that were there yesterday so proud to be Dohenys. With that kind of attitude and team spirit you can do anything no matter what the odds so well done lads and drive on now for the U21 championship. UP THE DOHENYS WIGGLE WIGGLE |
